Consultation: We consult with the institution, educators and administrators extensively to understand the need and reasonable way to meet the need within the shortest timeframe. We suggest course of action and services to be rendered.

Customization: We customize the website or virtual classroom with the educators and instructors to suit the needs of the classroom instruction and institutional goals. A demonstration site or software in developed for evaluation purposes and further dialogue to understand better the institutional needs.

Training: Once the institute and professors feel comfortable with the package and decide to adopt the services and products, then a training session is scheduled for administrators, educators and technicians to be able to master the tools and operate the systems at maximum efficiency.

Support: We provide ongoing support and maintenance of the systems, upgrades and if need be revised editions of content and training material. Hotline is established for educators and administrators to communicate and get fast support response.
